Water has such a nice way of sticking to the petals of plants and lovely how it coats this white chrysanth adding to it’s natural beauty. Thanks Photowalk.ie for a great day out in the Botanic Gardens. For me, the rain definitely helped.

I had the pleasure of accompanying a number of Irish photobloggers on a Visit Dublin photowalk last weekend and while a number of people wandered around happily snapping Dublin Castle, I found myself wandering down the side streets and back alleys of Dublin City Centre where I found this lonely fan whirring and spinning behind metal bars. I took plenty of pictures of all the attractions Dublin has to offer but as a native Dubliner, found myself snapping the more unusual sites.

The Galway photowalk over the weekend of the blog awards provided all sorts of subjects including this cute little dog!

Bloom 2010 featured some beautiful show gardens which were packed full of hidden gems.
