I don’t usually, or ever post pictures i’ve taking on my iPhone, but this is an exception

Waves slowly rolling in along the shoreline of Silver Strand in Co. Wicklow, the destination of my most recent (and second) camping trip. The beach is a private stretch of the County Wicklow coastline owned and protected by the campsite ownerr of Wolohans Silver Strand. This is a delightful beach, but beware if you have a doggie with you, they are not allowed doen onto the beach, despite being allowed in the campsite.

The lighthouse in Howth, Co. Dublin was looking simply stunning this weekend against the clear blue sky. Who would have thought it was still only March.

No trip to Howth is complete without seeing a row of random lobster pots, wrapped in tons and tons of rope. But let's face it, they won't do much good up there!
